Founded in 2007, the studio is distinguished by its ability to integrate architecture with related disciplines such as collectible design, hospitality, real estate development, and ephemeral projects—approaching each commission as a convergence of research, technique, and lived experience.

Over the years, EDAA has developed residential projects in both urban and natural contexts, as well as boutique hospitality spaces that redefine the dialogue between architecture and experience. Works such as Taxco 25 (Mexico City) and Casa Meztitla (Tepoztlán, Mexico) reflect the studio’s interest in creating both intimate and collective environments deeply connected to landscape and everyday life. In parallel, EDAA has ventured into art and temporary design projects, interdisciplinary collaborations with audiovisual art, and the creation of collectible design objects, featured in exhibitions at international galleries.

EDAA’s vision conceives architecture as a field that manifests across multiple scales: from object to building, from the ephemeral to the inhabitable.
