Conjunto Iztapalapa is a project on a property with potential for 570 flats on 4 levels with ground floor for retail. It is an unprecedented project in the municipality, where more than 50% of the land is devoted to gardens and trees, meeting areas and water infrastructure. The housing market it serves has a deficit of between 100% and 300% in Mexico City.
